Cloud Gaming
Cloud Gaming is a major trend in the games industry.
Why I have chosen this topic.
I for one personally wanted to choose Cloud Gaming because it's one of my main interests in the current ongoing trends of the game indsutry and it's a well known trend in itself. On top of that, this would enhance my research skills, writing techniques and (hopefully) produce a well written blog with facts, statistics and referencing.
Cloud VR will become the next step in cloug gaming earlier than we expect it to be due to the 5G and fast and efficient data. Technology should not be underestimated at all thanks to its ridiculous pacing of advancement within Technology and the emerging technologies behind it.
Cloud Gaming boasts huge potential to become a very profitable and accessible part of the market as the trend progress in global revenue. I.e PlayStation Now’s price decrease and Google Stadia. On the consumers end you have price collisions (I.e Data Caps and amounts of Data used) and downfalls of the revenue such as price expenses, data caps (US being the main revenue) and popularity.
Originally, I had picked two ideas for a unique essay; VR and Cloud Gaming. However that was scrapped due to the standards for the essay itself.

Missing Tons Of Features, Google Stadia Looks To Launch As Unfinished Trash
Finding more methods to further research materials I took route to the Learning Resources Centre in Nescot and found a magazine in which talked about Cloud Gaming. There I would print off multiple pages about Google Stadia as PDF files.
I also looked into Data Centers to find out how many Google data centers exists in the world. Currently, there are 19 Google Data Centers in the world. However, more Google Data Centers are going to be built due to the amount of interest within Google Stadia itself. (Insert image of data centers here)
One major concern for google Stadia which is in question is that; will it flop or will it be a huge success? I looked into a page called "killed by google" and it shows a ridiculous and absurd amount of Intellectual Properties killed by Google. If you're curious as to what google has killed I'll leave a link here: https://killedbygoogle.com/ With all this investment for google stadia, there are major concerns. i.e revenue and profits in google.
